As someone who is operating a very complex timetable but for only one week per year, I have found TimetableMaster to be powerful enough for my needs but extremely cost-effective. I stumbled upon TimeTableMaster when I was searching for free app to help me create a simple timetable for 3 kindergarten classes. A small kindy that I manage. The app is very easy to use if you read and follow the instructions carefully. Everything is there . Even fortnightly classes timetable can be generated. All one need is to get ready your own no. of classes, no.of teachers, the time slots and classes frequency and whether it's a single period or double period class. After putting in the information the timetable will generate and u can fine tune it again to do more. Although it's not actually free, they charge me an affordable price for my little school. Tq

Support team was a huge help for us and actually made changes in the product to accommodate our needs which we are so grateful for. It was a bit of a learning curve to start up with the program because making timetable is a complex problem! The ability to do things like have a single period in which 1 course is taught to 2 separate classes at the same time by 1 lecturer is really great. We have a small number of these, but they are complex planning problems. Support was great with time spent on getting me to understand the functionality was most useful. I only used support once I had spent a week on the program so knew where I had problems, and in 20 mins I had all the answers that I needed. A happy user!
